Cath Lab Tech - Radiology / Cardiology

Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position. We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills and a solid background in various cardiac and vascular procedures, ensuring quality patient care during all invasive treatments.

Responsibilities

• Accurate monitoring and scrubbing while maintaining a sterile field.
• Performing various procedures including, but not limited to, angioplasty, stent placement, cardiac catheterization, and electrophysiology studies.
• Assisting in the placement of temporary pacemakers and conducting cardioversion.
• Floating to the outpatient cath lab as needed.
• Participating in on-call rotation, with 18 days of call required over an 8-week period.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Tech.
• ACLS, BLS, and ARRT certifications are required.
• State licensed to practice as a Cath Lab Technician.

Schedule

Shift: 4x10-Hour Days from 07:00 - 17:30, weekend coverage as needed.
