Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Med-Surg and Telemetry for a challenging and rewarding night shift role. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care while adhering to established standards and protocols in a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with their individualized care plan.
• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and overall health condition.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage IV therapy as needed.
• Effectively communicate with interdisciplinary teams and report patient status.
• Assist with patient education and support family involvement in care decisions.
• Float between different units as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Medical-Surgical experience required.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications preferred.
• Experience with EKG interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
• Strong skills in patient care tasks such as IV management, oxygen therapy, and respiratory care.
