Operating Room Technician

Job Description

The Operating Room Technician, under the general supervision of the OR Manager or Surgery Center Manager, plays a crucial role within the operating room team. This position involves collaborating with surgeons, registered nurses, anesthesiologists, certified nurse anesthetists, and other ancillary support personnel primarily focused on scrubbing for surgical cases. Additional responsibilities include handling surgical instruments, supplies, medications, media, specimens, and instrument cases.

Schedule

This position operates on a 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
