Day shift, 3-12 hour shifts from 7am to 7:30pm.

Job Description

We are seeking a Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse with a strong background in telemetry to provide high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of recent experience in a permanent Med/Surg Telemetry role.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health status and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in the medical record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Valid Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
