Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with ICU experience to join our team. This role requires a strong clinical skill set and the ability to manage critically ill patients effectively. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care, demonstrating a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor patients in the ICU setting.
• Perform advanced nursing duties, including administering medications, IV therapy, and ventilator management.
• Assist with various procedures and assist in the management of multi-system organ dysfunction.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting using Allscripts.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an ICU setting.
• ACLS, BLS, CPI, MAB or VIP, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with a 1:2 patient ratio.
• Charge nurse experience is preferred.
