Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemetry and medical-surgical nursing, with a focus on delivering comprehensive patient assessments and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data to identify patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician's orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Current Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
