Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Rehabilitation unit. This role involves caring for adult and geriatric patients, ensuring their comfort and recovery while collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care instructions.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in the EHR system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a current state nursing license.
• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
