08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

Join a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation team dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals with severe injuries or illnesses. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide specialized care tailored to the individual needs of patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans for patients in an acute rehabilitation setting.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the electronic health record system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist License.
• BLS Certification.
• Child and Adult Mandatory Reporting Certification.
