10-hour shifts from 0630 to 1700 with rotating call and weekend obligations.

Job Description

As a PACU/ASU RN, you will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. You will be responsible for monitoring patient recovery in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and providing phase 2 care, including discharges.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
• Monitor vital signs and patient responses during recovery.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure patient safety.
• Support patient discharges and provide education regarding post-operative care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in specialty required.
• AHA Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is nonnegotiable.
• Prior travel experience is required.
