Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Job Description

The Rapid Response Team Member will participate in a dedicated role across the facility, responsible for assisting in emergency situations without being assigned to a specific patient load. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with core staff members.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient emergencies throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care.
• Assist in the management of cardiac arrests, trauma, strokes, and post-resuscitation care.
• Utilize EMR (Cerner) for patient documentation and communication.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 5 years of ICU experience is required.
• Experience in Medical ICU or Emergency Department is highly recommended.
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications are required.
