Job Description

We are seeking experienced nursing professionals to join our team in a step down and med surg unit. The ideal candidates will have a strong clinical background and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions
• Provide care for patients with trachs, stable vented patients, and those requiring chest tube management
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Conduct wound dressing changes and trach care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
• Experience working with trachs is mandatory
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Previous experience with Cerner EMR is preferred
