Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Circulating Surgical Technologist with expertise in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures. This position requires critical thinking and excellent customer service skills. Experience in neurosurgical and general/robotic procedures is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and management of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Ensure a sterile environment and compliance with safety protocols.
• Support surgical teams during total joints, spine fusions, neurosurgical procedures including craniotomies, robotic procedures, general surgical procedures, urology, and cardiovascular procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) with a national certificate required.
• BLS certification required.
• Active TN Nursing License.
• Previous experience circulating in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures is essential.
