Day 5x8-Hour Shift: Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Thursday), 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Friday). No Call or Weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Adult Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, providing high-quality care to adult patients. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy
• BLS certification
• State licensure in Minnesota (will accept pending applications)
