Day shifts, working three 12-hour shifts per week including every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICU department. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to both adult and pediatric patients in a new, modern facility located in rural Northeast Oregon. The position requires a collaborative approach, working alongside two or three other nurses and a full-time Hospitalist physician, with the capability to operate with minimal direction or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population in the ICU.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Support patients and families through education and emotional support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Three or more years of nursing experience, preferably in an ICU setting.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• Active RN license.
