Schedule

Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. This is a mixed position with variable shifts including nights, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Job Description

The Operating Room at our facility is seeking a skilled nurse or surgical technologist with 2 years of experience in a hospital setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality surgical care, primarily in orthopedic, general, and neuro surgery. Candidates must have circulating experience, and possessing scrub skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures and provide support to the surgical team.
• Coordinate with other medical personnel to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain a sterile environment and follow infection control protocols.
• Document patient information and surgical details in the EMR system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
• Experience in orthopedic, general, and neuro surgery preferred.
• Ability to work rotating weekend day or night shifts and on-call as required.
