Day 3x12-Hour shift (06:30 AM - 07:00 PM) with holiday rotation. One working weekend shift required every 4 weeks. Up to 4 call shifts every 4 weeks.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technician (CST) to join our Surgical Services team. The successful candidate will work in a busy, dynamic operating room, providing support across a full variety of surgical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures in various specialties, including Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Support procedures involving common cases such as total joints, craniotomies, and robotics.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Tech.
• Experience in Neuro (spines/crani), ENT (flaps), and Robotics (Davinci Xi) preferred.
• Certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
• Radiation badge must be provided by the agency.
• Experience in a Level 1 trauma center is preferred.
