Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 18 months recent experience in this specialty and must possess a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with medical and surgical issues.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data for patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and interventions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
• MUST HAVE PERMANENT OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN HAND.
• AHA BLS & ACLS certifications required.
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start.
• Recent reference from a managerial position in the specialty is required.
