Schedule

Shift: 3x12 Days, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday - Saturday) with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute dialysis and the ability to manage patient care for individuals with end stage renal disease and acute kidney injuries. The selected nurse will work in both adult and pediatric dialysis settings, providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Administer hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments to patients.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and care needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of acute dialysis experience is required.
• Current SC license or Compact license required prior to start.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience with Fresenius 2008T and Mobile Reverse Osmosis Machines is preferred.
