Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient/Inpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience, preferably in an outpatient setting, and will possess the necessary certifications and licensures to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and health promotion.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience preferred; inpatient experience accepted.
• Valid South Carolina or Multi State Compact Physical Therapist License required at the start of the contract.
• BLS certification required.
