Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing care to a diverse patient population, with a focus on teamwork and respect.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to emergency department patients.
• Collaborate with other team members, including techs and unit clerks.
• Utilize advanced equipment and documentation systems effectively.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback within the team.
• Ensure patient experience standards are met, adhering to AIDET principles.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting.
• Experience in a Level 2 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center preferred.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS before starting date; ENPC within 90 days of hire.
• Teamwork mentality and flexibility to work in all areas of the ED.
