Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description

This role involves working in a surgical services environment, focusing on cardiovascular and thoracic procedures. The unit includes 5 operating rooms, with 3 standard and 2 hybrid setups, catering to a variety of cardiac surgeries such as CABG, AVR, MVR, aortic replacements, vascular procedures, and heart transplants.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures as a scrub tech or registered nurse.
• Provide direct patient care during pre-operative and post-operative phases.
• Respond to on-call requirements within 45 minutes.
• Ensure the operating room is sterile and well-equipped for surgeries.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• CST certification required for scrub techs.
• RN license required for nursing staff.
• Preferred: CNOR certification.
