Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Nurse to join our high-volume emergency department, recognized for its clinical excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a Level II trauma center.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Utilize advanced monitoring equipment and adhere to patient safety protocols.
• Engage with a diverse patient population, demonstrating respect and cultural sensitivity.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Level II trauma center or comprehensive stroke center.
• At least 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS; ENPC within 90 days of hire.
• Strong teamwork mentality and flexibility to work in all areas of the emergency department.
