Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize advanced assessment and clinical skills.
• Provide coaching and real-time feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting.
• Experience in a high-volume emergency department with over 100,000 annual visits.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required before the start date.
• Must have a teamwork mentality and flexibility to work in all areas of the Emergency Department.
