Nights, 12-hour shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with weekend requirements every other week and holiday coverage every other.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in labor and delivery nursing, including postpartum couplet care. This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients' conditions and provide necessary interventions.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Nurse within the last 6 months.
• Postpartum couplet care experience is required.
• Current BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications (must not expire within 30 days of the start date).
• Active NJ or Compact RN License (pending licenses are not accepted).
