Job Description

We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill an open position in the healthcare sector. The role requires a variety of certifications and health screenings to ensure compliance and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Complete necessary certifications and health screenings, including COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, and Influenza Vaccine.
• Fill out various professional forms including the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Disclosure.
• Participate in competency testing and skills checklist to demonstrate required expertise.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active License/Certificate Verification.
• Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form completion.
• Background check and education verification.
