Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse with ICU experience to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and able to float between the ICU main, ICU Overflow, and IMC (stepdown unit).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU and IMC settings.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist with procedures and maintain patient safety.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience.
• Current and valid RN licensure for the state of Arizona.
• ACLS certification preferred (TNCC, PALS are a plus).
