Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Department (ED) Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume and fast-paced emergency care. As an ED Nurse, you will provide critical care and support to patients in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Assess and triage patients effectively based on the urgency of their medical conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Three (3) years of recent Emergency Department experience required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Travel experience with completion of at least one contract assignment is required.
• Current NJ License or Compact License.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• *Certifications pending or expiring within 30 days of submission are NOT accepted.
