ICU Nurse - Critical Care

Job Description

This is a contract position for an ICU Nurse with experience in critical care settings. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Manage ventilators, vasoactive drips, and other critical patient interventions.
• Conduct assessments of patients' conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
• Assist in tracheostomy care and neurological assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient care planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience.
• Experience with critical patient assessment and management of complex medical situations.
• Tennessee or multi-state nursing license required.
