Adult Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Night Shift

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12 hours, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Adult Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide respiratory care to patients in a high-acuity environment, including adult ICU, step-down, and floor care. Responsibilities will include managing ventilators, administering medication, and performing diagnostic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy and care for patients across various settings.
• Manage ventilators and perform airway management.
• Administer medications including aerosol treatments and oxygen therapy.
• Conduct assessments and interpret arterial blood gases.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in adult critical care.
• Current certifications: BLS, RRT, SC Respiratory Care Provider license.
• Preferred certifications: ACLS, NRP, PALS.
