Schedule

Day and night rotating shifts: 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30 / 19:00 - 07:30). Shifts may be variable based on operational needs.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for our facility. The role requires a strong background in patient care as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs and ECG rhythms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty.
• Permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State license required.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation.
