Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse specializing in Case Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nursing with a focus on care management, ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare services while collaborating with medical staff and patients for optimal outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of five (5) years of recent experience in clinical nursing or a related field, such as Utilization Review or Case Management.
• Previous experience in Care Management, Case Management, or Utilization Management is required.
• Experience with screening criteria such as Cerner, InterQual, and MCG is necessary.
• Current licensure by the Ohio State Board of Nursing.
• ACM/CCM Certification is highly desired.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
