Registered Nurse - Float Pool

12-hour night shifts, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool. The nurse will be assigned to a range of units, including Medical, Oncology, Surgical, Progressive Care, and Emergency Department holds. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to various clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse clinical units.
• Float between Medical/Oncology/Surgical M/S units and Progressive Care or ER holds as needed.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and effective communication with healthcare teams and patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• Must have BLS, ACLS, and Dysrhythmia testing certifications.
• Cerner experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a Float Pool or related fields preferred.

Location

Position located in an area where public transportation is not accessible; personal vehicle recommended.
