Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have critical care competencies and experience with med titration in a busy hospital setting. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in critical condition and working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients on ventilators and perform critical care competencies.
• Administer titratable medications and utilize equipment such as Artic Sun.
• Provide restraint management as necessary according to patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in Meditech EMR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with med titration and critical care management is required.
• Familiarity with CRRT, Impella, and IABP is preferred.
