Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical unit. This nurse will provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and fluid balance.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided using the EPIC system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of nursing experience required.
• BLS certification required; CPI certification preferred.
• Experience in IV therapy and phlebotomy preferred.
• Must have experience in managing various medical procedures, including but not limited to chest tubes, feeding tubes, and colostomy care.
