Job Description

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a PCU position at a specialized Heart Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of cardiovascular experience and a strong understanding of telemetry and cardiac care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the PCU.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, administering appropriate interventions.
• Manage medication drips and adhere to heparin protocols.
• Administer blood products and manage central/peripheral lines as needed.
• Assist with post-cardiac procedures and provide ongoing patient education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; CPI preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cardiac telemetry, respiratory care, and IV therapy.
• Experience with high-flow oxygen administration and non-invasive airway management preferred.
