Rotating shifts, including days and evenings, with every other weekend equivalent; 36-hour work week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide care at our Berlin Dialysis campus. The ideal candidate will float to St. Albans & Joy Drive campuses as needed, working with patients requiring dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down dialysis machines and treatment labs, ensuring infection prevention practices are followed.
• Administer dialysis treatments to patients utilizing Fresenius machines and IV pumps.
• Perform patient assessments and work collaboratively with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EPIC).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of dialysis experience is required.
• CCN/CDN certification is preferred.
• Valid BLS certification is a must.
• Experience with EPIC within the past 2 years is non-negotiable.
