Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Endoscopy Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various endoscopic procedures and be able to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Our unit consists of 5 procedure rooms and a dedicated team of 15 staff members, including 5 RNs and 5 endoscopy techs on day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during endoscopic procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Assist in various endoscopic procedures, such as ERCP, EUS, Bronchoscopy, EUD, and Colonoscopy.
• Manage endoscope reprocessing and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have experience in Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, EUS, and Bronchoscopy/EUS/EBUS.
• Candidates must possess the required certifications in the specialty.
• Ability to float to designated areas as needed.
