Day shifts, 3x12-hour (07:00 - 19:30). On-call and weekend coverage required.

Job Description

The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) will work in the General Operating Room, providing high-quality surgical care. The role requires experience in multi-specialty surgeries, including Orthopedic, Thoracic, Vascular, and Robotics.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in surgical procedures and maintain a sterile environment.
• Assist in the preparation and management of surgical instruments and supplies.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CST.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Epic EMR system preferred.
• Experience in level II trauma required; level I trauma experience preferred.
• Robotics, vascular, and thoracics experience is a must.
