Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Trauma and Burn ICU team. This role requires critical care expertise and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in the Trauma and Burn ICU.
• Perform wound care, manage codes, and handle EVDs and MTP as required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems (Meditech).
• Educate patients and families on care processes and recovery plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have Trauma, Burn, or Surgical ICU experience.
• Effective communication and critical thinking skills are essential.
• Current RN licensure is required.
• Preferred: BSN and CCRN certification.
