Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Nurse for a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Trauma Level 1 or 2 setting and be comfortable managing a patient ratio of 1:6. Charge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with cardiac and mixed medical conditions.
• Manage telemetry patients, including interpretation of dysrhythmias and arterial blood gases.
• Assist with procedures such as post-operative care for cardiac procedures and management of high-flow oxygen therapy.
• Administer blood products and manage IVs and peripheral lines.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary support services, including respiratory therapy and pharmacy.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a relevant specialty.
• Valid KS or compact RN license required at the time of submission.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
