Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Women's and Family Center. This crucial role involves assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient care under the direction of a licensed physician, ensuring high standards of nursing practice are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs and develop individualized care plans using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with patients, their families, and healthcare team members for optimal care delivery.
• Implement and evaluate the care provided to assigned patients.
• Direct nursing support staff in accordance with administrative and departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of current nursing practices, principles, and techniques.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical specialty (preferred).
• Licenses: Current PA Registered Nurse License (required).
• Certifications: Basic Life Support Certification (required).

Work Schedule

This position requires a 12-hour shift in the AM, with guaranteed hours on a contract basis for 92 weeks.
