Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Spine/Ortho Post Op

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Spine/Ortho Post Operative care to join our team. This position requires a commitment to work holidays and a current, unrestricted Colorado RN license.

Position Details

• Shift: Days
• Patient Ratio: 1 to 5
• Contract Duration: 91 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Experience Required: Spine/Ortho Post Op and Med/Surg

Certifications Required

• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• TNCC

Additional Requirements

• Must have a current, unrestricted Colorado RN license
• COVID vaccinations required per state mandate
• RADIUS RULE: Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 65 miles away from our facility. Local travelers will not be considered.

Housing Information

Possibility of sharing a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS/NO SMOKING. Rent will be paid.
