Unit Overview:

• Number of Beds: 11 Labor Beds, 2 Triage, 2 OR
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 for Laboring Patients, 3:1 for Couplets
• Staffing Description: Birth Registrar & Surgical OR Techs available

Equipment & Documentation:

• Type of Equipment: Monica - wireless fetal monitoring, GE fetal monitoring
• Documentation System: Meditech/CPN

Scheduling & Floating Policy:

• Scheduling Requirements: Every 3rd weekend
• Floating Policy: Floats to Sister Facility LD/PP

Patient Experience Requirements:

• Bedside Report
• Safety Rounding

Hospital Specifics:

• Certifications: Burn Certified, Trauma Certified
