Shift Details

Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Orientation and Facility Information

Orientation: 4-hour hospital orientation followed by an 8-hour shift on the floor

Facility Location: Asheville, NC

Scrub Color Guidelines

• Registered Nurses (RNs): All navy, all white, or a combination of navy and white
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs): All galaxy blue (similar to royal blue)
• Sitters: Purple (those without a CNA certificate)
• Respiratory Therapists (RTs): Medium gray/pewter
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs): Sage green

Kronos Instructions

To clock in and out, dial 533 from a designated phone:

• Record your name when prompted the first time you connect
• Clock in with 1 and out with 9 unless otherwise specified
• For callback shifts, clock in with 62 (2nd, 3rd, etc.)
• For other productive time (orientation, meetings, education), clock in with 64
• If in charge during a shift, clock in with 66
• For lunch, clock out with 3 and back in with 4
