Shift Details

• Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:00 AM

Unit Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Epic experience preferred

Personal Health History Requirements

Candidates must meet the following health history requirements for onboarding:

• MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
• Hepatitis B
• Influenza Vaccine
• TB Test
• Varicella (Chicken Pox)
• Annual TB Questionnaire
• Physical/Health Statement
• Catholic Drug Screen

Professional Requirements

Applicants must also provide the following documentation:

• Driver's License/State ID
• Catholic Criminal Background Check
• Catholic National Sex Offender Registry
• Catholic State Sex Offender Registry

Contract Details

This position is for a contract of 90 weeks with guaranteed hours.
