Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Shift Details

Shift: Night 5x8-Hour (16:00 - 00:00)

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Weekend Requirement: Every Weekend (Saturday/Sunday)

Contract: 13 weeks

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified CT Technologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will operate a Philips CT scanner and perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures. This position requires a commitment to excellence in patient care and a passion for the field of radiology.

Qualifications

• Certifications Required: ARRT (CT) and BLS
• Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans of the abdomen, brain, cervical spine, chest, pelvis, and other areas with and without contrast.
• Administer contrast media and follow established protocols for patient safety and care.
• Maintain radiation safety standards and ensure patient comfort during procedures.
• Document patient information accurately in Centricity RIS-IC.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.

Patient Care Details

• Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics
• Daily Census: Varies based on facility needs.
• Patient Ratios: Nights - 3 patients per technologist

Compliance Requirements

• Must complete applicable labs within 48 hours of signing.
• PA fingerprints are required and may necessitate travel time (over 100 miles).
• Valid state license or certification is required at the time of submission.

Interview Availability

Please provide a range of 3-5 days for potential interview times. Travelers with provided interview times will be prioritized.

Local Radius: 50 miles. Local Rate Differential applies. Block scheduling cannot be accommodated.
