Job Opportunity: RN - Cardiac Med/Tele

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Med/Tele unit. This is a night shift position offering 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with flexible scheduling options available.

Position Details

• Unit: Cardiac Med/Tele
• Number of Beds: 37
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 and 48 hours available
• Weekend Shifts: 1 shift per week or 2 shifts every other weekend
• Holidays: Must work at least 1 holiday per contract

Required Experience

• 1 year of recent experience in acute medical-surgical/telemetry
• 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates

Preferred Experience

• 2 years of recent experience in acute medical-surgical/telemetry

License and Certifications

• Active NY RN license
• NIH Certification
• AHA BLS Certification

Additional Information

• Charting System: EPIC
• Must be flexible according to the needs of the facility's schedule
• Block booking may be requested but is not guaranteed
• Required to float to other units if needed
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Willingness to work in a charge role with training provided
