Job Opportunity: Labor & Delivery RN

Shift Information

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours guaranteed
• Orientation: 4-hour hospital orientation followed by an 8-hour shift on the floor

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Labor & Delivery RNs to join our team for night shifts. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the labor and delivery unit. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients and their families.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Experience in Labor & Delivery preferred
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with calmness and professionalism

Dress Code

• RNs: All navy, all white, or a combination of navy and white
• CNAs: All galaxy blue (similar to royal blue)
• Sitters: All purple (for those without a CNA certificate)
• RTs: Medium gray/pewter
• LPN: Sage green

Kronos Instructions

For clocking in and out, please follow these instructions:

• Dial 533 from a phone set up for Kronos.
• Record your name when prompted.
• Clock in with 1 and clock out with 9, unless otherwise specified.
• Clock in with 62 for return call-backs, 64 for other productive time, and 66 for in-charge shifts.
• For lunches, clock out with 3 and back in with 4.
