ICU Nurse - 12 Hour Nights

We have an immediate opening for an experienced ICU Nurse. This position requires commitment and flexibility, providing critical care to patients in an intensive care unit environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families.
• Ability to float to Med/Surg when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Current ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Experience with Meditech 6.0 EMR preferred.
• Must be willing to take call shifts, 24 hours in duration.
• Willingness to comply with the 100-mile radius rule — travelers must not have a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility.
• Availability to cover shifts as needed, with potential for cancellations up to 3 shifts per contract.

Contract Information:

• Duration: 13-week contract with possible extensions.
• No more than 3 days off requests per contract.
• Flu vaccine is required with no exceptions.
