Job Title: Med/Surg Nurse

Shift Details:

Day/Night Shift - Possible Rotating (Varies on Need) - 12 Hour Shifts

Job Summary:

The Med/Surg nurse is a self-motivated, professional registered nurse and resource person, responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating patient care. This role requires a registered nurse with knowledge relative to the ages served.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for patient care planning, direction, and evaluation.
• Utilizes clinical knowledge to provide effective Med/Surg nursing care.
• Acts as a resource for patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participates in continuous education and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in Med/Surg nursing preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.
• Must reside outside of a 250-mile radius for travelers.

• Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Contract Weeks: 91
